  In this city they robe you, they always say that the water sewer is broken then come and "fix it" and suddendly you are paying $500 a month in a household of 4 people and 2 rooms and 1 bathroom and ofcourse they never send you a receip to the email so for the next month you need verification of else you are going to pay the last month and the one is coming they are so irresponsible and ignorant people worse place to live also police never do anything to the people selling drugs in the streets or prostitution but if your dog is out they are going to call animal control on you and give you a ticket of $500 or more.

  Just bought a house in Markham for rental. Spent $20K to fix it up and got a tenant moves in right away. Took 3 weeks to get a garbage can delivered. Had heavy rains and the basement flooded. Spent $2K to clean it up right away and had to tear out and throw away the padding under the carpeting. I had a someone come later that evening to remove the wet padding but bit before the city hit me with a citation for having debris on front lawn. All the streets were full of water but they were able to fine me to get their income.
